IN STOCKGlutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle and a classic of recovery routines. Gluta 5 comes flavoured, which is unusual, so it can be drunk on its own in water without the neutral taste of pure glutamine. Each serving delivers 5 g, the typical dose after training or before bed, and the 400 g tub lasts more than two months.
