• ✔ Sports bars, functional drinks, apparel and accessories

Food supplement notice: Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

All pricing displayed on our website is subject to the following rules:

• • Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the shown prices where legally applicable.

4. Orders

Before placing an order you must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy by ticking the box at checkout. The button that completes the order is labelled as an order with an obligation to pay. An order constitutes a binding purchase agreement once confirmed via email; the confirmation and your invoice are sent to the e-mail address you gave. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any orders in the case of:

• ✖ Payment failure or banking authorization issues.
• ✖ Stock errors, pricing anomalies, or supply unavailability.

To ensure secure commercial transactions, we process payments exclusively through:

We offer reliable courier deliveries across the European Union:

• Delivery Timeframe: 1–7 business days depending on location.
• Carriers: GLS Spain, SEUR, and Correos Express.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders above 39 €, calculated on the total after any discount.
• Fulfillment: Shipped directly from centralized European Union warehouses to guarantee speed and zero border delays.

6a. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, send us an unequivocal statement (an e-mail to thegoatfitnessshop@gmail.com is enough) before the 14 days expire; you may use the model form on our Returns page, but you do not have to.

• • Return the goods to our service address within 14 days of telling us. The direct cost of returning them is borne by you.
• • We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed — we may hold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return. The refund goes to the same payment method you used.
• • Exception: for hygiene and health-protection reasons, food supplements whose seal has been opened or broken after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(e); art. 103(e) of the Spanish Consumer Act). Unopened products are always accepted.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have the statutory guarantee of conformity: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. 7. Customs and Duties

For shipments directed outside of standard European Union tax coverage zones or special territory destinations:

• • Any applicable import duties, local taxes, customs clearances, or administration fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Reservation of Ownership

All delivered products remain the exclusive property of GOAT Supplements until we have received full, cleared payment in our accounts.

9. Dropshipping Fulfillment

To maximize product availability, select items may be fulfilled directly through specialized, premium EU-based dropshipping suppliers, meeting our strict quality standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to maintain perfect operations, GOAT Supplements is not responsible or legally liable for:

• ✖ Unforeseen shipping and delivery delays.
• ✖ Carrier-related handling issues or force majeure transport interruptions.
• ✖ Independent third-party supplier logistical failures.

11. Complaints, Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

If something is wrong, write to us first at thegoatfitnessshop@gmail.com — most issues are solved within a couple of days. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and the applicable European Union consumer legislation. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the EU country where you live; for consumer disputes the courts of the consumer's place of residence are competent.
